Return & Refund Policy

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size selection, or changes of mind.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll gladly replace it or issue a refund.

Damaged / Incorrect Items

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with:

  • your order number

  • a photo of the item

  • a photo of the packaging (if applicable)

Once reviewed, we’ll send a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit, contact us and we’ll help resolve it. If confirmed lost, we’ll provide a replacement or refund.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take 3–10 business days to appear depending on your bank.
